Jed Fochtman
Experience
Mr. Jed Fochtman has almost thirty years of extensive experience in accounting and finance. To date he has assisted more than 800 individual businesses in a diverse range of industries with financing in excess of $400 Million. Mr. Fochtman is familiar with the details of national and international finance, secured and unsecured debt, equipment leasing, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He has developed a surety bond which is used as a loan guarantee to facilitate large business loans for companies with marginal credit. In addition, Mr. Fochtman was in attendance at the formal presidential signing of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). In 1983 Mr. Fochtman managed the successful financial restructuring and turnaround of a distressed equipment leasing company. During 1985 he assisted with an initial public offering for a public relations firm located in Washington, DC. In 1987 Mr. Fochtman founded Commercial Finance Corporation which he sold to a community bank located in northern Virginia during 2002. After the sale of the company he joined on the bank management team and served as the president of the bank equipment leasing subsidiary. He recently started Complete Leasing Corporation, which provides fast growing small and middle market businesses with innovative capital and financing solutions. In addition, Mr. Fochtman is an initial investor and a proposed member of the Board of Directors for Founders Bank and Trust, which is a new bank that is scheduled to begin operations in September, 2007.

Prior to 1983 Mr. Fochtman spent four years in the field of accounting. His specific experience includes government accounting and public accounting while working for the Finance Office of the U.S. House of Representatives and Loeb, Roberts and Gronsbell, CPA’s. He assisted with the various accounting and reporting functions, annual budget requirements, the preparation of financial statements and tax related services.

Affiliations
Mr. Fochtman is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and participates on the Mergers and Acquisitions committee of the National Capital Chapter. He has also been involved with the American Association of Equipment Lessors, International Trade Association of Northern Virginia, National Association of Lease Brokers, Northern Virginia Technology Council, Suburban Maryland International Trade Association and other trade associations.

Peter H. Dean
Experience
Peter has over ten years experience with financial services and institutions. Outside financial services, Mr. Dean also works with companies that have extensive "Casualty" (liability) exposure due to either impending transactions or to the nature of their specified business. Prior to 2002, Mr. Dean served as an Account Manager with Travelers bond, the executive liability arm of Travelers Property Casualty. In addition, Mr. Dean has also worked for CitiGroup and for the local mortgage brokerage firm Ambassador Mortgage. Mr. Dean is currently an active member in the Northern Virginia Technology counsel, the largest organization of its kind in the United States; currently sits on the Private Equity committee that structures programs for companies seeking Venture capital and other funding in Northern Virginia; and is also active in the Greater Washington Board of Trade, where he has been asked to facilitate the expansion of activity in Northern Virginia. Mr. Dean received his B.A. in International Policy from Hobart College in Geneva, New York.

Robert E. Urick 
Experience
Robert has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance. Most recently, Mr. Urick began working with Capital Advisior s to bring his extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of commercial real estate finance to the firm. In April of 2006.  Mr. Urick joined OlympiaWest commercial Capital where he was quickly promoted to the role of Sr. Vice President while also becoming their top producer for commercial real estate finance loan originations. In 1990, Mr. Urick began as a business development manager for Network Resources, a multi-million dollar systems integration firm. In 1995 he was promoted CFO and oversaw the financial and administration of the organization through a successful growth phase. In 2002, Mr. Urick was promoted to President of the firm while maintaning his role of CFO. In 2005, Mr. Urick facilitated the successfurl sale of the organization. Mr. Urick has a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University.
